Katsina Police Command Marks Customer Service Week, Engages Stakeholders on Better Policing

The Katsina State Police Command on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, joined the global celebration of Customer Service Week, reaffirming its commitment to improved service delivery and stronger community relations.

As part of the activities marking the occasion, the Command organised a town hall meeting with key stakeholders to discuss strategies for enhancing policing services and deepening collaboration with communities across the state.

Participants at the meeting commended the Police Command for its community-oriented approach and pledged continued support to ensure sustained peace and security in Katsina State.

Speaking at the event, the Commissioner of Police, CP Bello Shehu, emphasised the importance of regular feedback from the public, noting that effective community partnership remains vital in addressing the state’s security challenges.

The interactive session provided an avenue for stakeholders to share ideas and proffer recommendations aimed at strengthening police-community relations and improving the overall security architecture in the state.
